JANUARY: “Money Management” - focuses on how parents can assist children to develop good money management and math skills.
FEBRUARY: “Dream Big” - explores goal setting and encouraging children’s dreams; sets the stage for future college and career exploration with their children; can also be themed around black history month.
MARCH/APRIL: “Kitchen Science” - how parents can encourage hands-on science learning at home in the kitchen and garden
APRIL/MAY: “Safety First” – explores essential safety practices and how parents can foster a safe environment at home
MAY/JUNE: “Use It or Lose It” - explaining summer learning loss and showing parents how to keep their children learning during the summer
